VINYASA

breathe & flow 

A dynamic style of yoga that joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for practice. Also called "flow yoga" this format tends to be more vigorous and aerobic, cultivating physical stamina and heat through movement, creative sequencing, and a variety of music and themes. 

YOGALATES

stretch & strengthen

A fun and challenging class format that incorporates mat pilates exercises with a flowing yoga sequence. Focus on core strength and stability are at the forefront of this unique combination of practices. Heated to 95 degrees, this is a great choice for students who love a high energy environment, but prefer a low-impact style of exercise. 

RESTORE

relax & renew 

A slow and meditative style of yoga that primarily focuses on holding gentle poses for longer periods of time. This class is great choice for people who are new to yoga, who have injuries, or who are looking to stretch. Props like blocks and straps are provided to help support the body as students learn to let go of tension and open up deeply.
