Fitness Flow 

A fun and challenging low-impact class designed to strenghten the entire body. Pilates, barre, and fitness-based exercises are incorporated into a flowing sequence. Focus on core strength as well as small isometric movements are at the forefront of this unique practice that combines mind and body awareness. A great choice for students who love a high energy class without a lot of  jumping or cardio.

Yoga Flow

A dynamic style of yoga that joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for practice. These classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with thoughtful sequencing that focuses on both breath and body awareness. This style tends to be more vigorous and aerobic, with ever changing poses and layers to explore if you wish to challenge yourself.
